Leaders Personnel utilises the following techniques in order to attract candidates:

• We are registered with two other websites that provide an advertising and marketing servie for personnel agencies, as well as a database, a candidate search facility and a means by which candidates cn submit CV's to personnel agencies.

• Selective use is made of print media advertising as its effectiveness varies according to the job category.

• We believe that search is a productive recruitment strategy and in some cases is the only way to successfully source candidates, particularly in the case of specialist and senior positions. Consequently Leaders Personnel has consultants who are experienced search consultants. We employ the following techniques:

• Organised research and search

• Networking in a referral basis

• Leaders Personnel does not head-hunt candidates from its client's organisations

• Leaders Personnel has over the years, developed a confidential network with other agencies for the purpose of sharing candidate resources

• We pride ourselves on treating our candidates with dignity, providing regular feedback to candidates and personnally declining all candidates. Consequently, we have a high volume of referrals by past candidates of ours

• We have our own computerised database, which provides a search facility, a candidate job matching function and an assignment tracking facility.
